• Seller: Any user who offers a product or service through the app.

• Buyer: Any user who purchases or books a product or service through the app.

• Products: All goods or services offered on the app.

2. Account Creation

• Registration requires a valid phone number or active email address.

• The user is fully responsible for keeping their account information confidential.

• The app reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in case of violation of these terms.

3. App Usage

• Users must use the app solely for lawful purposes.

• Displaying or selling products that are illegal or violate local regulations is prohibited.

• The app administration may remove any inappropriate content without prior notice.

4. Relationship Between Seller and Buyer

• The app serves solely as an intermediary and does not bear any direct contractual obligation between seller and buyer.

• Accuracy and quality of product descriptions are the sole responsibility of the seller.

• The buyer is responsible for verifying and receiving the product.

5. Payment and Booking

• The app may provide electronic or manual payment methods depending on availability in Syria.

• For bookings, the buyer must adhere to the pickup schedule or conditions specified by the seller.

• The app is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or breaches of agreement between parties.

6. Legal Liability

• The user is solely responsible for the content of their listings and products.

• The app is not liable for any losses or disputes between users.

• The app may cooperate with official authorities upon legal request.

7. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, logos, and designs of Kelshi App are reserved.

• Users may not copy or exploit any part of the app for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time.

• Changes take effect immediately upon publication, and continued use constitutes implicit acceptance.

9. Termination

• Users may delete their account at any time.

• The app may suspend or terminate service partially or fully for any legitimate reason.

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic.
