Kelshi connects buyers and sellers; it does not broker payment or delivery. Follow these tips to protect yourself in every transaction.

Meeting safety

• Meet in a busy public place, during daylight.

• Tell someone you trust where and when you are meeting.

• Inspect the item thoroughly before paying.

• For properties and cars: verify official documents before committing.

Avoiding payment scams

• Never pay in advance before inspecting the item.

• Beware of unrealistically low prices — usually a trap.

• Never share OTP codes or account credentials with anyone.

• Do not transfer money to people you have not met, or abroad for "shipping".

Special note: healthcare and pharmacies

Kelshi's healthcare section is a directory for contacting licensed clinics and pharmacies only. No medicine is sold through the app, and nothing in it constitutes medical advice. For any health condition consult a licensed doctor, and buy prescription medicine only from a licensed pharmacy.
