Delete Your Account

You can delete your Kelshi App account and data at any time. This page explains both available methods and what happens to your data afterwards.

Method 1: In the app

• Open the Kelshi app and sign in.

• Go to "Profile".

• Choose "Delete Account" and confirm.

• Your account is deleted and your personal data is unlinked.

Method 2: Manual request

If you cannot access your account, email [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and the phone number registered on the account. We process requests within 30 days at most.

What happens to your data?

• Your personal account data (name, phone number, email) is removed from our active systems.

• Your published listings are removed from the marketplace.

• Some records may be retained for as long as the law requires (e.g. anti-fraud logs) and are then permanently deleted.

• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
