The Technical Institute for Business Administration and Marketing in Damascus is a public institute operating under the supervision of Damascus University and the Supreme Council of Institutes; it awards its graduates a Technical Diploma. The institute offers four specializations: Business Administration, which focuses on advanced management sciences and managerial accounting to prepare personnel for managing enterprises and institutions; Marketing and Sales, which aims to hone students' creative and promotional skills and develop their understanding of markets; Public Relations, which focuses on the study of etiquette, protocol, and the mechanisms for establishing communication channels and links between institutions and external entities; and Exhibition and Conference Management, a specialization designed to empower young people to organize, manage, and promote major economic events and festivals in Syria.
